| Norm and Denice O'Neill
started Sequoia Safety Supply Company in 1995.
The sales office and warehouse are located in Novato, CA, gateway to the
San Francisco North Bay, the Wine Country and Telecom Valley. The Company was founded on the basic principles of
offering Quality Safety Products, Service, Dedication,
Hard Work and having Fun in the process! Norm and Denice combine their diverse talents and
experience to form a dynamic company, dedicated to serving customer needs. |

Norm O'Neill,
as President, is responsible for sales, customer support and purchasing
activities at Sequoia Safety. Norm's main focus is fulfilling
customer needs. He's on the road a lot and enjoys face-to-face
contact with our customers. |

| Norm has been in the
safety business for over 20 years, including 10 years at Orion Safety in
Petaluma, CA as Salesman for San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma and Napa counties.
Prior to Orion Safety, he was Sales Manager with Blue Chip Motivation, a
division of Blue Chip Stamps, promoting Sales and Safety Incentive Programs for 5 years.
Norm started his sales career at Moore Business Forms in 1979, after
retiring from being a tennis teaching professional. Norm has a
Bachelor's Degree in Recreation from San Francisco State University.

Denice O'Neill,
as Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the financial and
administrative aspects of the company. In addition to a real love
for technology she thoroughly enjoys the people side of the business! |

| Most
recently Denice was Director of Finance and Administration for Komag
Material Technology in Santa Rosa, CA. She has spent 20+ years in
the "High-Tech" sector with management
experience in Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology.
She has an MBA in Finance from UC Berkeley and a
Master's Degree in Organizational Development from Sonoma State University.

We can't forget Mac,
who divides his days spending time with Denice in the office and
hitting the road with Norm, visiting customers and making deliveries. Mac is
our official greeter! |

Norm and Denice are long
time Marin County residents, having both graduated from San Rafael High
School. Norm and Denice have three wonderful (grown up) kids! Norm is
still an avid tennis player, and Denice is an ardent gardener!

About our Logo....
When we first started coming up with ideas for
the name of the company, we wanted it to be reflective of the North Bay
area. In honor of the beautiful Coastal Redwood, which is at the
center of our Logo, we
decided on Sequoia Safety Supply Company. |
|
| "Sequoia
Sempervirens" is the botanical name for the Coast Redwood, native
to the coastal ranges of Northern California... (not to be confused
with "Sequoiadendron", the Giant Sequoia or Big Tree
found in the Sierras). |
